Because it’s such a special location, every single floor was snapped up faster than you can say, ‘iconic and architectonic’. That is, all but one floor. Floor 8. And though that wasn’t great news for Floor 8, it was great news for us, because we were asked to market it.
Knight Frank wanted brochures, emails and videos. So we listened carefully to the brief (like we always do) and we got to work. And our support helped to turn a potential void into a towering success.
Floor 8 was the last remaining floor in the iconic new development that Leeds had been waiting for.
Firstly, we tapped into a little creativity. We took a notebook, a camera and our curiosity and went and sat on Leeds City Square. We listened, looked, sensed into the space, and made notes.
Full of inspiration, we presented Knight Frank with three very different conceptual approaches.
With a happy client and a direction chosen, we collected CGI mock ups, photos, drone footage and started crafting copy.
The finished brochure, video and emails helped Knight Frank take Level 8 to market.
And what an outcome. Using our focussed brochure, Knight Frank quickly secured a lease for Floor 8 with an international fintech. What could have been a very costly void period became a brilliant success story with a very handsome annual profit.
