Repositioning a home interiors brand to capture more lucrative projects

Forever Spaces sold a lot of kitchens and bathrooms. But when it came to the more creative and profitable jobs like living spaces, libraries and walk-in wardrobes, they regularly missed out to other companies. After a rich consultation process, we helped Forever Spaces come to some realisations. And more importantly, we helped them make some changes.

We ran 121 interviews with key people; the owner, the lead fitter, the designer and the project manager. 

With a rounded understanding of the business, we were able to identify key messages, values and goals. 

Basic messages about kitchens and bathrooms became inspiring messages about flawless quality, rich design and better lifestyle choices.

We helped Forever Spaces reposition what they were saying. Their voice became more human, inspiring and spacious.

Colour palettes shifted towards more sophisticated, warm and sumptuous. 

We sourced new assets and imagery to better align with the vision. 

Product hierarchy shifted to lead with more lucrative interiors like living spaces and libraries. 

The new brand identity feels more aspirational, cultured and refined.
